The consumer may also file a complaint about the credit intermediation activity by filling out the Complaint Book sheet(s) available at the registered office of Castanheira & Castanheira, Lda or choose to file a complaint directly with Banco de Portugal, for which they must fill out the online complaint form available on the Banking Customer Portal, carefully following the instructions provided. Alternatively, the consumer may print and fill out the complaint form and send it by mail to Banco de Portugal, P.O. Box 2240, 1106-001 Lisbon or submit their complaint via email to clientebancario@bportugal.pt
Without prejudice to access to competent judicial means, the consumer may also submit complaints and disputes arising from credit intermediation activity, of value equal to or greater than the jurisdiction of first instance courts, to alternative dispute resolution entities to which Castanheira & Castanheira, Lda has adhered:
