Payment Methods

The Premium Bike Dealer website offers its users the following payment methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Multibanco (Service/Purchase Payment)
• PayPal
• Financed Purchase through partner financial institutions

All payments are made in euros (€), with taxes and legal fees included at the date of invoice issuance.

At the time of order confirmation, Premium Bike Dealer provides the user with several payment options. Regardless of the chosen option, the user will be redirected to a secure page where they must enter their payment details.

Payment by Multibanco

When selecting payment by Multibanco, the user will be redirected to a secure page (Pay‑me platform) where they can generate the payment reference.

Subsequently, they will receive a email with the order details and the Multibanco reference, which can be used at a Multibanco ATM or through the Homebanking service. Payment must be made within 3 business days after receiving the reference. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Payment by PayPal

PayPal is one of the most widely used payment methods for online purchases worldwide.
By choosing this method:

• The debit will be made from the user’s PayPal account only after the confirmation of the order shipment.

Financed Purchase

Castanheira & Castanheira, Lda., as an ancillary credit intermediary without exclusivity, is registered with the Bank of Portugal under no. 1318.

It can present or propose credit contracts to consumers with the following financial institutions with which it has contractual ties:

• Abanca Servicios Financieros, E.F.C., S.A. – Branch in Portugal
• Banco Credibom, S.A.
• BBVA – Credit Financial Institution, S.A.

Within the scope of credit intermediation, Castanheira & Castanheira, Lda. performs the following activities:

• Presentation or proposal of credit contracts to consumers
• Assistance in the pre-contractual phase, including the collection and organization of documentation
• Execution of credit contracts on behalf of the lending institutions

The commercial team of Castanheira & Castanheira, Lda. will provide support to the end consumer with full integrity, confidentiality, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All documentation will be collected exclusively for financing purposes, ensuring a specialized and transparent assistance service.
