Deliveries in Mainland Portugal

Free Shipping: for Mainland Portugal, on purchases equal to or greater than €50.

• Orders with a value less than €50 (VAT included) have a shipping cost of €5 (VAT included).
• Prepaid orders (by Visa, MB or bank transfer) with a value equal to or greater than €50, made in the online store, benefit from free shipping.
• Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer, on business days, between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, by partner carriers.
  The delivery time is up to 48 business hours for all orders placed by phone, fax, email or online store, with payment confirmed by 3 PM, except for stock shortages.
  Service available only on business days.

Castanheira & Castanheira Lda. guarantees that all items are packed with the utmost care and rigor, ensuring protection during transport. Upon receipt of the order, the customer should check the condition of the packaging, confirming that the delivered packages are intact, properly closed and sealed, without signs of tampering or damage.

Deliveries to the Islands (Madeira and Azores)

• Free Shipping: for orders with a value equal to or greater than €80, by sea freight.
• Orders with a value less than €80 have a shipping cost by sea freight of €10 per order, regardless of weight.
• The shipping cost, according to the chosen shipping method, will be calculated and itemized in the total amount to be paid.
• The delivery time is up to 120 business hours, for orders with payment confirmed by 3 PM, except for stock shortages.
  Service available only on business days.

It is essential to check the condition of the packaging upon receipt, ensuring that the delivered package(s) show no damage and are properly sealed.

Shipments are made through contracted logistics operators. If you wish your order to be sent by another operator, you should contact us in advance.

• Free Shipping: for international orders with a value equal to or greater than €300.
• Orders with a value less than €300 (VAT included) will have a shipping cost of €15 (VAT included).
• Prepaid orders (by Visa, MB or bank transfer) with a value equal to or greater than €300, made in the online store, benefit from free shipping.
• Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer, on business days, between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, by partner carriers.
• The delivery time is up to 120 business hours, for orders with payment confirmed by 3 PM, except for stock shortages.
  Service available only on business days.
